General Attendee and Speaker (“Attendee”) Terms and Conditions

Attendee Cancelation Policy: All cancelations must be made in writing. Email notice shall suffice. Refunds will be provided for cancelations as follows:

  • For cancelations submitted thirty (30) days or more prior to the conference, the attendee will receive a 100 percent refund of the conference registration fee.
  • Cancelations submitted within thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the conference are nonrefundable.
  • No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee, and will be billed by MasterCard.
  • Refunds will be processed after the close of the Conference, and may take up to forty-five (45) days to process.

Replacement Personnel: If the original Attendee registrant is unable to attend, Attendee may send a replacement Attendee from the same Attendee organization. It is the responsibility of the original Attendee registrant to notify MasterCard, in writing, three (3) business days prior to the Conference confirming that they will not be able to attend and would like to send a replacement.

Conference Cancelation: In the unlikely event that MasterCard cancels the Conference, MasterCard will refund the fees paid by Attendee within forty-five (45) days of such cancelation, and MasterCard will not be held responsible for other costs or expenditures incurred by Attendee, including hotel or travel costs. In addition, MasterCard may terminate Attendee”s registration with respect to Attendee if MasterCard deems Attendee”s conduct to reflect poorly on MasterCard, MasterCard will not be held responsible for other costs or expenditures incurred by Attendee, including hotel or travel costs.
